Double door system of the pre-chamber

The 27-rack holders enter the neutral gas chamber by the double door system. In the pre-chamber, any trace of ambient air is removed and anoxic and an anhydrous atmosphere is established. The chamber opening and the gas transfer cycles are automatic.

Opened double door system

A new rack holder can be placed in the double door system while the encapsulation is taking place in the chamber.

Command console and control of the robot

The encapsulation process runs automatically according to a pre-established program. However, if needed, the movements can be controlled and adjusted manually from the command console. All the major parameters are recorded and stored.

Vacuum

Once DNA is aliquoted in the DNAshells, the racks are vacuum-dried.
